TD Ameritrade offers automated portfolio service, which is named Essential Portfolios. We want to show how TD Ameritrade Essential Portfolios can benefit the clients and prospects via the Essential Portfolios Cognitive Experience on Facebook. We introduce their platform in a fun and compelling way that has pass-along value so users will share it with their friends and social networks.
Once Facebook users click on the TD Ameritrade Facebook post, they will go through an experience that uses IBM Watson cognitive technology and artificial intelligence to reflect unique aspects of their personality.
The experience starts by creating an editable avatar that is a fun representation of each user. This is intended to be a surprise and delight element to drive engagement. Then, using data and content from their profile, inclusive of likes, shares and posts a personality profile is created to showcase what’s most important to them. The profile features photos and stats from the their Facebook feed to serve as proof points before introducing them to Essential Portfolios in a contextual and meaningful way.
We created an editable avatar. All the variations needed for the eyes, mouths, hairstyles, and accessories. The total number of possible iterations came up to 109,081,728.
